I needed a complete AC redo. Not only did they do it properly, half of my house vents were in floor other half was in ceiling which was a problem trying to have air go from 1 side of house to the other, so they fixed it correctly moving all vents to the ceiling I needed a complete AC redo. Updated 8/23/2023: Mark and Justin's crew are awesome. We were having continuous issues with our unit and, after calling 3 other companies to come look at, diagnose, and resolve our issues; Mark and his son fixed our problems. Mark's business is in high demand for a reason. He has incredible service. I'm glad I gave him another chance after missing the appointment the 1st time. Just to give you an idea of what Mark saved us from.... Company 1 charged us for a service contract it never honored and ghosted us Company 2 overfilled our system, triggering pressure systems to teip and shut down our unit. (Creating false need for future work). Company 3 saw the overfill and told us we had to do a $4,000 repair. Mark & Justin provided us with a detailed explanation of our unit, the parts that needed work, and what his course of action would be. Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Absolutly amazing service. Got quoted an insane amount and was told by another company we needed a whole new system. We called westoplex to get a second opinion and the manager was out to the house within an hour and had the actual problem diagnosed and solved by the following day. Very professional and courteous with the job, strongly will be recommending to everyone I know

There's a reason West-O-Plex has so many 5-star ratings. My AC went down when the temperature hit 106. Mark arrived promptly in the morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in approximately 30 minutes – for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.
