Moved in two years ago and haven’t had AC maintenance since last owner. Found Top Notch listed on Yelp and thought I would give them a shot. My husband was an A/C tech so I’m picky about service. Service Tech Ray showed up on time to do a tune up and I was shocked when he called me outside to show me the state of my outdoor condenser. He had opened it up and found it was completely caked in mud! He hosed the entire unit down and the before and after photos are crazy. Thank God he checked on it because I would have never thought to ask. The whole tune up and cleaning would have cost $129 but I ended up signing up for the Club membership because my husband used to always say memberships save money. Its bi-annual tune ups and 15% off parts and labor if I ever need a service call, which makes more sense to me because here in Texas, this heat is so scary. I like that these guys have very straightforward pricing because other places kind of gave me a run around when I asked how much it would cost and the tech was really nice. Sometimes you get a guy that leaves you in the dark but he explained everything and I didn’t feel pressured. I would recommend calling them.

Ray has been servicing my system for at least a year, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment Ray showed up I felt like we were in good hands, his customer service is superior and accommodating. Ray is punctual, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done to maintain my system. He works efficiently and left the area clean. My system is now running perfectly, and I feel confident in the quality of his work. I highly recommend Ray for any of your heating and AC needs.

We had Ray with Top Notch AC out today to inspect our heating/AC. He took videos of the unit in and duct work in the attic so he could explain how everything is working. He cleaned our outside unit and he will change your filters if you have them on hand. Our unit is older so signed up for a 2x year maintenance to keep in working condition for a few more years. He is honest, experienced and very professional.

Ray with Top Notch Air showed up on time and provided timely updates as he checked out a drain problem with our unit. His experience was very evident and he explained things in easy to understand language .He was very courteous and went over the completed job in detail with before and after pictures. Reasonably priced.A very good experience. Highly recommend. Give him a call.
