Called on Tuesday morning, and they were out within a couple hours to assess. Despite all of the parts shortages that have been rampant, were able locate a unit to replace my 10 year old system and began installation on Thursday morning. They scheduled from 7-9 AM, and showed up at 7:30. Were done by noon and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the unscheduled payment I had to come up with, they made the replacement a non-issue. Our AC went out last night, and our home warranty company couldn’t get someone to come out for 2 days (a long time when it hits 105 every day, especially with a sick 2 year old in the house!). I saw the Texan Heating & Air truck at my neighbors house and called the number. They were able to fit us in last minute, the tech was so nice and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done, and they fixed the issue right away. I will recommend them to anyone needing AC work in the future! I contacted thier company and they had a tech at my door in less then 1 hour. They were very professional and located my problem. They presented me options and made repairs. I felt that the value of service was excellent. I will always use this company and highly recommend them.

Jeff at Texan Heating and Air got me on the schedule ASAP when my AC couldn't keep up with the Texas heat. He was prompt, thorough, and polite while evaluating my current HVAC system. He was honest in ways to fix it. And he was quick to get my a quote for replacement. He was able to schedule the replacement around my needs. The team that came out were quick and polite. And it all came at a cost lower than other estimates that I had gotten. Great experience.

Quick response, professional service, reasonably priced. Most importantly of all they were honest. When I called back to ask for additional preventative servicing of my AC system, instead of taking me up on it and charging me more money, they were honest and told me they had already checked those things when they had come out before so what I was asking for was unnecessary. They definitely earned my future business!

Excellent service!!! They showed up on time, fixed the problem and were fair on price. Best of all, they didn’t try selling me a $5k unit, they actually repaired a wire, my house is already cooling down. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely use them in the future.

We recently had an issue with our AC unit! It was a stressful situation since we are in the middle of summer! Texas Heat is no joke, my husband contacted Texas Heat and Air in hopes of getting our AC fixed! They were able to come in same day address and fix the problem! It was a great experience. Great experience all around. Had a new unit installed a couple weeks and they were in and out in a couple hours. Great service and attention to detail. Had a slight issue with the drain pan, called to let them know and they came out within 4 hours and things are working perfectly. I would recommend these guys to my mom so that's saying a lot.
