Christopher Cruz1 StarFire panel never works at my property and constantly goes off and the technicians they send don’t know how to program the panel. I’ve been at my job for a year and a half now and the panel has only worked properly for a sum total of about one month. When I tried to place an order for some parts, I was transferred two times and then told to email someone instead, wasting time I should have spent working. Not sure who they order their smoke heads and bases from but even the slightest bit of condensation from a hot shower can set them off.Saturday 3rd July 2021
