He took the time to help diagnose and educate me about my AC issue - he explained things very clearly and even took the time to show me how to keep my system well maintained. Jay is honest, friendly and follows through on his service commitment. I look forward to having Jay routinely maintenance my system. Jay came out to fix our heater - he quickly found the problem, but then thoroughly checked and tested the rest of the system inside and out to ensure that it was functioning correctly after the fix. I really appreciated that he took the time to teach me about our system, how it works, how to maintain it, and gave suggestions to make it more efficient. I took out a notepad and took notes! Jay was very kind and professional, we will be calling him again next time we need our HVAC serviced!

The 1st time they came out after waiting 4 hours was told because it was raining they could not provide service. They just scheduled my appointment without even calling to see if I am available. The 2nd time they came out they were 30+ minutes late. Tech said he found 2 things in the attic of concern and wanted his supervisor to cone back out with him. I was told that they would call me to schedule, but did not receive a call. I called them and they scheduled for the tech and supervisor to come out on Saturday, 11-3. I waited until 3:30 for a no show. I called their office and left a message. I called on Monday to confirm that the tech and supervisor were still scheduled to come to my house on Tuesday and they confirmed. I called today(Tuesday) and was told that they should call me in about an hour when on their way. About 20 minutes later I get a call that they will not be ccoming but will come out on Saturday because the supervisor is not available. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience and for not showing respect for my time and for not calling me that they had rescheduled, after waiting for 3 1/2 hours. Poor customer service. I gave 2 stars for the technician, Carlos. He was very nice and professional.

I called Jay last year and he came out the same day and fixed my AC issue. I called him again today regarding my other unit and he fixed it within 6 hours. I never expected any HVAC service company to respond like that. I have had the larger companies service me in the past and they gouge right from the start, but not Jay. He was very personable and gave me tips on how to improve air flow in the home and make the units run better. He is the man from now on. There are not enough people like him in the business.

We were recommended his services and spoke to three other companies before deciding to go with Jay. He was friendly and super helpful with talking us through the game plan for replacing our old AC unit in new home. Our AC ended up braking whilst company was in town, Jay was quick to respond in getting AC replaced sooner than planned. There was a mishap with the AC that took time to complete and repair, but Jay came out to finish job as promised and even made up for the inconvenience with additional features. We are happy with the outcome. Thank you Jay!
