JW to our rescue!! Our AC stopped working and it was registering 88 in the house, not even the fan would work. We called around noon and he was at our house just a few hours later! He diagnosed and repaired in about an hour and had our AC back on!! I have a one year old son, so I was very nervous with these Texas temps. Thank you thank you thank you JW! After having heard many positive reviews from neighbors who used Dub’s AC, I contacted him last night when our AC went out. He arrived this morning and had it up and running in an hour. He replaced some wires and the capacitor and told me that’s all that I needed. When the time comes to replace my unit, I’ll call Dub. Outstanding service and integrity!

JW was the tech that helped me. My unit cooled the best at night and now we feel relief in the day. He was they only to be able service my unit correctly. Other companies want to replace replace replace the whole unit. Very respectful and gave best feedback and future steps. Going on 10 Years and had other companies service unit. We had a great experience with JW, he was straight forward, very helpful & did not over charge us. We had received a quote from our home warranty referral and it was almost triple the price…I had an inkling that they were taking advantage, so I called Dub’s to get a quote. So thankful I did.
