They explained the process and showed us a before and after, it was spotless. They worked quick but not sloppy. I thought they had missed a vent which turned out to be a breather for the water heater. They were courteous enough to come back and show me that it wasn't a vent. They truly know how to satisfy their customers and they do stand behind their work. They told us what they found in our air ducts and it was exactly what we anticipated. Very professional and did not try to increase the amount quoted.
