We called County Wide for air conditioning service when our AC started leaking through our wall. Scheduling was quick and very professional. The technician that came out for our call was on time, extremely courteous, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed what was going on, then explained the problem, the corners that had been cut before, and what they needed to do to fix things right. They brought another tech on site and the whole issue was resolved in a couple of hours. They worked quickly and left everything extremely tidy. The whole time we were kept in the loop and the job was completed for less than estimated. Highly recommend County Wide for AC service.

I cant stress this enough, County wide is amazing. I had another local company came out and told me I need a new hvac system. I got 3 quotes from other companies, as well. I ended up only paying a little more than half of what the other companies were quoting me! They are so friendly, too!

There are few service companies that genuinely feel like family, but County-Wide breaks the mold. Always respectful and educate us about air quality rather than talk down to us to try to sell something. Our 4 year old has had bad allergies and would regularly cough so much at night that she would wake herself up vomiting. We mentioned it to Wayland, who did an air quality test and recommended a Reme Halo. Since we installed it, all of her allergy problems have disappeared and she sleeps through the night. A priceless investment and we are so thankful for Tim and his team!!!

In the summer of 2012, our downstairs AC stopped working. I called two other HVAC companies that were closer to me in Arlington, and they both told me I needed a new compressor, quoting from $1400 to $2000. For some reason I called County Wide and they came right out. The problem was a wire grounding itself to the housing of the unit. $60 fix. True professionals, from the receptionist to the techs. I needed them again for the upstairs unit in April of 2013. Arrived on time, very professional, and the receptionist gave me contant updates on the parts that were ordered and when the tech was due to return to install. Do not pass these folks over!

Called County-Wide for our AC that was not blowing cold air. Was told by another company that we needed our AC replaced, our tech came out and system was fine, just a stick in the valve. So glad I found you guys!
